Trusted modeling by lecturers

For students it is not so self-evident to model processes. There are many hurdles to overcome, such as :
- Basic knowledge of the content of basic processes;
- Lean as improvement accelerator;
- Use of BPMN as language and use of a BPMN modeler on your platform (Windows, Android, Mac, Linux);
- Typical project traject and techniques (SIPOC).

Getting started is simply overwhelming. So having a trusted person on the side to guide you is great. Not the lecturer but a trusted person close to the student (family, relative, friend) with basic knowledge, complemented with teached content is a great mix.

How do I, the lecturer get organised on this ?
